Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, Apostles - June 29, 2025
Today the universal Church remembers the prince of the apostles and the apostle to the gentiles: Saint Peter and Saint Paul. The witness of their lives appears in the Book of the Acts of the Apostles. Their total gift of self to the Church has served to inspire all shepherds that have been called to the leadership of God's people, from the Holy Father, bishop of Rome, to the most humble of God's priests. Catholics pray in a special way today for the pope.

Holy Trinity - June 15, 2025
Saint John's Gospel places on the lips of Jesus the promise of the Holy Spirit and affirms the unity in love that the Father and the Son intimately share. This communion of love is a Trinitarian community that we must all imitate as Church in our homes and in our neighborhoods, always conscious that Jesus leads us to the Father and that through the Father and the Son we are embraced by the gift of the Spirit, who from the moment of our own baptism puts us on the path of eternal life.
